01.22.08 (2:01 am) [edit]From this EVE online farming method i have received 3 officers so far an that is with a relatively small amount of time invested. The trick is to kill everything off in system for a few days and when i say everything i mean everything which includes the higher spawns as well, after a while it will go very quiet and that is the time when it is most likely to have a faction or officer spawn which can be wrath several hundred million or a few billion ISK as my last officer was worth.
